Do we need to have an IT team to work with you?
No. Most of our clients are operational or management teams without dedicated IT staff. We assess what is technically feasible given your current infrastructure, and any tools we recommend are chosen for ease of adoption. Where technical support is genuinely needed, we can advise on appropriate resources.
How long does the AI Possibility Mapping take?
The engagement runs across three weeks. In the first week we conduct staff interviews and review existing workflows. The second week is used for analysis and ranking of opportunities. In the third week, we prepare and deliver the written map. The total time commitment from your team is usually four to six hours across the three weeks.
What kinds of AI tools do you typically work with?
We work mainly with language models, document processing tools, and workflow automation platforms that are already available commercially. We do not build custom AI models from scratch. Common applications in our client work include customer enquiry triage, internal document search, and standard report drafting — tools that reduce repetitive work without requiring deep technical infrastructure.
Are the prices fixed or do they vary by company size?
The prices listed — RM 720 for Possibility Mapping, RM 1,460 for Integration Delivery, and RM 1,100 for a six-month Stewardship arrangement — are standard rates. For organisations with particularly complex environments or with multiple sites, we discuss scope adjustments before agreeing on a fee. Nothing changes without your sign-off first.
How is our business data handled during the engagement?
We work with whatever level of access you are comfortable granting. Confidentiality terms are included in every engagement agreement. We do not retain client data after the engagement concludes unless specifically agreed otherwise. Anything stored during the process is held securely and used only for the scope of work defined.
Can we start with Stewardship without doing Mapping first?
Yes. Stewardship is designed for companies that already have AI tools running and want a steady external perspective. If you are already operating and do not need a mapping exercise, we can begin a Stewardship arrangement directly. A short introductory call helps us understand your current situation before committing to the arrangement.
