How we approach the work
Every engagement begins with a conversation that establishes what you are trying to understand or achieve. We do not apply a standard template — the scope is shaped by your specific situation. Once the scope is agreed in writing, we work through it in defined phases with regular reporting points.
For engagements that involve interviews or operational reviews, we work with whoever in your organisation has relevant knowledge — not just the people in management positions. The resulting recommendations are grounded in the actual working environment, not in an abstracted version of it.
Deliverables are written in plain language. Technical explanations are included where relevant, but the primary audience for our output is the team that will act on it — not a technical review board.

AI Possibility Mapping
A three-week engagement that maps the practical possibilities for AI within your company. The team interviews staff across functions, reviews current data flows, and prepares a written map of opportunities ranked by feasibility and value. The map identifies low-friction starting points as well as longer-horizon options that may need foundation work first.

Integration Delivery Engagement
A delivery engagement covering one or two focused AI integrations into your existing operations. The work proceeds across structured fortnightly checkpoints and concludes with written documentation, a handover session for your team, and a one-month follow-up review.

Continuing Stewardship
A six-month stewardship arrangement for companies that already operate AI tools and want a calm, attentive outside view. Includes monthly check-in meetings, a shared written log of issues and decisions, light vendor management support, and a closing brief at the end of the period. The role is deliberately quiet — adding perspective rather than taking ownership.
